We stayed in a caravan on the Lido site at the weekend. My husband and I visited with our teenage children. The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. Our caravan was very clean and well equipped. There were two toilets which was very handy. The TV was excellent and WiFi perfect, no issues at all. It was very quiet, no noisy neighbours! We had food at the onsite pub which was good and reasonably priced. Drinks were cheap. The bar staff were efficient and friendly. There’s also a cafe and small shop, we didn’t get chance to try those. We walked to town, it was a really pretty walk by the river. Opposite the site is a small retail park which was good. Site is clean and tidy. We would go definitely go again, and we’d recommend it to others.

I bought my lodge at The Lido Leisure Park in 2024, and honestly, it’s been one of the best choices I’ve made. The place is family‑run, the grounds are spotless, and the grounds team deserves a ton of credit for keeping everything safe, tidy, and calm. Adele and Bailey in reception are always lovely, super friendly, and genuinely helpful. They make the whole place feel welcoming the moment you walk in. The Mill Tavern is a gem. It’s not your typical “holiday park clubhouse” vibe — it actually has some real class. Big shoutout to Tom and the whole team for the great food, live music, fun games, and of course, Bingo nights. The Lido is properly family‑friendly, and my dogs are just as obsessed with it as I am. It’s peaceful, well looked after, and one of those places you’re always excited to come back to.
