Campanula House

The property has four bedrooms across two floors—a king with ensuite on the first floor, a double, and two singles—along with a family bathroom and separate toilet. Downstairs, the kitchen-diner is the heart of things, with a woodburner and everything needed to cook; there's also a second living room if the group wants to spread out. A utility room handles laundry, and an enclosed courtyard garden provides outdoor space. One well-behaved pet stays free.

Askrigg itself, in Upper Wensleydale, is a working village with a pub within walking distance and a 17th-century character that has made it recognisable to visitors interested in the area's history. The Yorkshire Dales National Park is accessible from here. The cottage is heated centrally, and essentials like electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included; logs for the woodburner are provided to get you started. A highchair and stairgate are available if needed. Parking is on-road. Note that there are steps between some rooms and in the garden, and the property is non-smoking.
