The restored building has five bedrooms—two doubles, two singles, and a bunk room—plus two bathrooms and a separate shower room to handle eight guests comfortably. Electricity, heating via air source heat pump, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included, so you arrive to a ready home rather than a chore list.

Upstairs holds the main living space: an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area with Freeview Smart TV, where you can cook full meals on the electric range and dishwasher. Downstairs includes the bedrooms. Outside, a south-facing patio with a private hot tub for four faces meadow views; there's also a barbecue for group meals and parking for five cars. The property sits on a working farm next to Kilnsey Park, which has farm animals, fishing and seasonal activities. One pet stays free provided it's kept on a lead—the surrounding landscape is sheep country. Arrive after 4pm, leave by 10am. Smoking is not permitted.
