Kilnsey Trekking Centre and Bolton Priory are both within easy reach, while the River Wharfe sits just 200 yards away with footpaths branching off in all directions. Fountains Abbey makes for a straightforward drive, and Skipton's shops are close enough for supplies. A pub lies half a mile down the lane. The setting is rural but not remote—you have proper amenities without the feeling of being cut off.
Greystones is a three-bedroom guest house sleeping six, arranged across two floors. Downstairs holds a living room with an open fire, a separate dining room, and a kitchen with an electric cooker and breakfast area; there's also a utility room with a washer-dryer, and a toilet. Upstairs are three bedrooms—one with a king-size sleigh bed, one with a four-poster double, and one with two singles—plus a bathroom with a bath and walk-in shower. The whole property is yours alone. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating are included; fuel for the fire is provided too. An enclosed garden with seating and a barbecue sits to the rear, with steps leading up to a raised garden space. Parking for three cars is on site, and there's a bike store. No smoking inside.
