Court Terrace is a two-bedroom mid-terrace house in Ripon's old town, steps from the Market Place and its cobbled streets. One dog stays without extra charge. The property sleeps four across two double bedrooms, with a single bathroom on the first floor featuring a walk-in shower and heated towel rail. Downstairs, the kitchen sits off a small rear courtyard and comes equipped for proper cooking—electric oven, gas hob, microwave and fridge. The living room has a gas fire for winter evenings. Parking for one car is available on site, though on a first-come basis; alternative spaces are nearby. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included.

The location puts you within a mile of a pub and a few minutes' walk of Kirkgate, which runs between the cathedral and Market Place lined with independent shops, cafés and restaurants. From here you can explore the Yorkshire Dales on foot, or reach Harrogate, Fountains Abbey and other attractions further afield. A small shared courtyard with garden furniture sits to the rear. The property doesn't permit smoking. A travel cot and highchair are available if needed.
