You'll arrive to an open-plan ground floor where the living and dining spaces flow towards the garden through large patio doors. The living room centres on a wood burner; the dining room has bi-fold doors and an overhead glass gallery framing views across the dales. A fully equipped kitchen sits at the heart of the layout, with a utility room handling laundry. One bedroom and bathroom occupy this level, the bedroom fitted with a kingsize bed and ensuite with both bath and walk-in shower.

Upstairs are three more bedrooms: two with kingsize beds and ensuites (one featuring a double shower), and a twin room with a Smart TV where younger guests can settle themselves. A separate shower room serves the top floor. Underfloor ground source heating runs throughout, and initial wood burner logs are provided; electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included. The property is non-smoking and sleeping arrangements suit families or groups of up to 8 people.

Outside, a patio and garden area with sitting furniture sit within the grounds. There is parking for 2 cars on site, and an electric car charging point is available at cost. The location puts you on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, with Swaledale's walking and attractions within reach.
