Derwent Cottage

Derwent Cottage is a single-storey property in the North Yorkshire countryside, designed so everything is accessible on ground level. Walk in to find a living room with a wood burner and smart TV, a kitchen diner fitted with an electric oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave, and a bathroom with a bath, shower and heated towel rail. One bedroom has a double bed; the other has two singles. The cottage sleeps four and is yours alone during your stay.

The garden includes raised decking with seating and a private hot tub that seats six. Parking for two cars is on site. Bed linen, towels, WiFi and the initial fuel for the wood burner are all included. The cottage is available to families and couples; stag and hen parties are not accepted. Smoking is not permitted.

The location offers countryside walks from the doorstep, with Malton—known for independent shops, restaurants and a monthly food market—a short drive away. Trails lead through fields and woodland across the surrounding hills.
