Edenholme

Edenholme is a three-bedroom cottage spread across four floors in Fylingthorpe, a village within easy reach of Robin Hoods Bay and Whitby. The property sleeps seven and comes as a complete rental, so you have it entirely to yourselves. Everything you need is included: Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, and heating throughout. Parking is on the street directly outside.

The layout gives plenty of flexibility for different groups. On the ground floor, a living and dining room centres on a wood-burning fireplace—logs are available locally if you want to use it. The kitchen is equipped for real cooking, with an electric oven, hob, dishwasher and breakfast bar. A separate lower ground floor holds a second living area with a smart TV and Xbox, useful if you need to split the group, plus a king bed and utility room with washing machine. The three bedrooms are spread across the first and second floors: two are king-size, one is a double with a single bed. There is one bathroom with both a bath and walk-in shower, plus two separate toilets. A travel cot and highchair are available.

The coastal location means the Yorkshire moors are on your doorstep, with Robin Hoods Bay's beaches and shops within reach, and Whitby a short drive away. A pub sits within a mile. The cottage does not permit smoking.
