Elm Tree Cottage is a converted barn on a working farm in North Yorkshire, just outside Kirkbymoorside and within reach of the North York Moors. The whole property is yours alone, arranged on a single storey with a kitchen, dining space and living area flowing together, two bedrooms (one with a kingsize bed, one with two singles), and a bathroom with shower over the bath. One dog stays free; cats are not able to be accommodated.
The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge and washer-dryer all included. The living area has a Freeview TV and DVD player. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all provided. Outside, there's a patio with garden furniture and parking for two cars on site. No smoking inside.
The location suits anyone wanting to walk straight into farmland; footpaths lead directly from the door into countryside where pheasants and wild deer are regularly spotted. A pub lies within a mile. Check-in is from 15:00, and checkout is at 09:00.
