Felicity Cottage sits at the top of a cobbled street in a quiet village where the beach and a pub are within walking distance. This 200-year-old semi-detached property has original beamed ceilings and has been maintained to retain its character while remaining comfortable for a modern stay. The Cleveland Way runs past the door, making it an obvious base for those wanting to explore the Yorkshire coast on foot.
The layout spreads across three levels. Downstairs holds a living and dining room (without television) and a kitchen equipped for everyday cooking. The first floor contains a double bedroom and a bathroom with a bath. Upstairs, two single beds occupy the second bedroom. One car can park on site. Electricity, bed linen and towels are provided; a travel cot and highchair are available if needed. The cottage is non-smoking.
One dog stays free. The location works well for walkers, golfers and anyone after a low-key break by the coast.
