Ganesh

The Cinder Track and Scarborough's seafront are both on your doorstep from Ganesh, a Victorian terraced house spread across three storeys. The beach is roughly twenty minutes' walk away; the Cinder Track itself, which winds along the clifftop with routes for walking and cycling, is even closer. The Open Air Theatre is also within walking distance. The house suits families or groups of six, with three bedrooms—a kingsize, a double, and a third upstairs—and a bathroom plus separate toilet on the middle floor.

The layout sprawls across the building, with a living and dining room on the ground floor (where a generous front window and decorative fireplace create a focal point), a kitchen fitted with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and washing machine, and a second lounge on the top floor stocked with board games and yoga mats. Bed linen, towels, wifi and heating are included. Out back, a raised garden with astroturf and furniture gives you somewhere to sit among the plants—useful when you need to recover from the beach or trails. One dog can stay free. The house is not suitable for those with mobility difficulties, as it comprises four staircases and multiple levels. No smoking indoors.
