Goodlands Farmhouse is a stone-built farmhouse in the village of Terrington, positioned between Malton and Helmsley within the Howardian Hills. The property sleeps seven across four bedrooms and two bathrooms, with parking for four cars on site. One dog stays free of charge, and there is an enclosed paddock for walking them.

Inside, the ground floor contains a living room with a smart TV, a separate dining room, and a kitchen with both an oil-fired Aga and electric cooker, plus a utility room and separate toilet.
