Goose Beck Cottages - Bacchus
North Yorkshire
The Vale of York offers gentle countryside between several of Yorkshire's major draws—York itself, Harrogate, and Wetherby are all within reach. Goose Beck Cottages' Bacchus sits on a family-run vineyard near Tockwith, a converted barn designed for two people seeking a rural base without isolation.
The ground floor is a single open-plan space combining kitchen, dining and living areas. You get an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and the other essentials for cooking; the living section has a TV and patio doors onto a sitting-out area with views across the vineyard. Upstairs is one bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room. The cottage is privately yours, with parking for one car on site and an enclosed garden. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included; a pub lies within a mile.
The location suits couples wanting somewhere quiet to base themselves while exploring nearby towns and attractions. No smoking inside. One pet is welcome.
