Kestrel View sits on the first floor above Skipton Golf Club's clubhouse, with views stretching across the course and towards Wharfedale beyond. The apartment sleeps six across three bedrooms and two bathrooms, accessed via 13 steps to the entrance. Everything is on one level once inside, making it straightforward to manage luggage and navigate the space.

The open-plan layout combines the living area, dining space and kitchen in one room, with an electric woodburner for warmth and a smart TV for downtime. The kitchen has an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer for self-catering. Two of the bedrooms have zip-and-link super king beds that can be split into singles if needed; the third has a standard double. All three have Freeview TVs. One bedroom has an ensuite shower room; the other bathroom contains a bath with shower over it and a heated towel rail. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. Parking is reserved for two cars, with unlimited spaces available in the golf club car park.

The clubhouse restaurant and bar are immediately downstairs, open daily with meals available most days—opening hours vary seasonally—and a discount applies to guests. This location works equally well for a golfing break, with the on-site professional available for lessons, or as a base for walking and cycling in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, a few minutes from Skipton. No smoking throughout the property.
