Kings Court is a detached barn conversion in Kettlewell, a village in Upper Wharfedale, positioned beside the beck. The property works well for two families holidaying together or a larger group needing four bedrooms across two storeys. Two bedrooms have king-size beds; one holds a pair of single beds and another a single bed. There are two bathrooms, one an ensuite to a ground-floor double bedroom.

Downstairs, the living room centres on a woodburner, and the kitchen-dining area is spacious enough for group meals, with an electric range cooker, full-size fridge-freezer, and washing machine. A side door opens onto an enclosed terrace with garden furniture and views across the water. The essentials are covered: electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included. If you want to use the woodburner, logs are available locally. You can park on site, and a travel cot and highchair are provided if needed. No smoking throughout the property. Kettlewell sits at the heart of a walking area with easy access to the surrounding fells and becks of the dale.
