Just the loveliest day out. Can't believe how good it was for the price! So well thought out. Staff were all so lovely. A fantastic offer that they ship packed lunches (purchased there or bought) up to the barn so it's there at a great time and half way point. Our children range from 3-9 and all enjoyed it. There were different activities along the way and a great leaflet catered to their ages to complete along the way which really enhanced the visit. (Even a prize at the end!) Shop was reasonably priced for drinks, ice creams and souvenirs which again is such a rarity these days! Couldn't believe the place wasn't busier for how excellent it was. We will definitely go back!!! Thank you so much to the staff, a great day!

Loved it. We spent around 3 hours exploring. Lots of activities for the kids to try on the way around, and puzzles to solve. Picnic area in the centre of the trail. Really well designed and an enjoyable activity for all the family

Great place for the whole family. Although it was busy, it is spacious that it is not cramped. Beautiful woodland walks with novel playparks. Food outlets are great, plenty of vegan options.

What a beautiful place situated in the Yorkshire Dales. Great family day out or there is a campsite with camping pods & caravan park if you want to stay longer. Free car park. Toilets open. Cafe is take away only at the moment (great food) but you can order picnic baskets to be delivered to the play area & barn near the end of the trail. Stunning views throughout the trail. The fairy houses are magical. Lots of information boards on local wildlife & nature. Interactive displays are great fun although a couple of them are closed due to covid/ social distancing restrictions. Go kart track (free) with different sized karts. Plenty of great photo opportunities with amazing backdrops & frames. The staff are really helpful & friendly. Different trial activity sheets for age groups & a little prize at the end. Can't wait to visit again.
