Leysthorpe Grange - Crayke Cottage

Helmsley and the surrounding dales draw visitors for their market charm and access to walking country. Crayke Cottage sits a few miles away in the hamlet of Leysthorpe, a single-storey property built for comfort across its full width. Both bedrooms are kingsize with their own bathrooms; the open-plan living space has a woodburner, Smart TV, and a kitchen fitted for cooking proper meals. Underfloor heating runs throughout, electricity and wifi are included, and there is parking for two cars on site, plus an electric charging point.

Everything happens on one level, which suits families or those who prefer to avoid stairs. The kitchen has an induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. A separate utility room contains the washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside, a front patio with garden furniture faces the countryside. The property is set up for young children—a travel cot and highchair are available, and one dog can come free. Smoking is not permitted indoors.
