The North York Moors sweep down to the Yorkshire Coast near Scarborough, where Wren Cottage stands converted from a traditional stone barn. Three miles from the town's North Side beaches, it sits within reach of open countryside, the nearby villages of Scalby and Burniston, and easy access to the clifftop route north toward Whitby. The property is yours alone for the duration of your stay.
Inside, the ground floor holds a living room with a 65-inch Smart TV and a kitchen/dining room fitted for real cooking—gas oven, gas hob, microwave and washing machine included. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two singles, and a single bathroom. Central heating runs throughout, with underfloor heating on the ground floor. Bed linen and Wi-Fi are provided. A private enclosed lawned garden with patio and seating opens from the cottage, and there is parking for two cars on site. No smoking is permitted inside.
Scarborough itself offers traditional seaside attractions and the Theatre In The Round. The Alpamare Water Park lies nearby. Westward along the coast are Filey's sheltered bay and the bird sanctuary at Flamborough Head, while heading north takes you past quiet villages to Bridlington and eventually Whitby, with the old railway line offering views across the coast.

Beautiful , Beautiful , Beautiful , Everything was spick and span if your from down south , or nip and clean if your from up north , definitely a place to relax and unwind , we had the pleasure of meeting Mrs penny (such a lovely lady), we will definitely be back 😀.

We are truly over the moon with low moore holiday cottages. We are staying in low moore Lodge. It is exceptional. Spotlessly clean. Great views. The best equipped kitchen I have ever had. We were greeted on arrival made to feel really welcome. All cleaning goods provided. Also in lodge dish cloth scorer washing up liquid tea towels toilet roll welcome.e pack including tea coffee sugar biscuits and milk. Information pack. The lodge has 50 in tv in lounge including sound bar both bedrooms have 30 in tv's. We have our own private yard with lovely outdoor furniture. We have use of washing machine. I would really recommend this destination for a truly value for money quiet holiday.

This was now our 3rd visit to Low Moor and each stay has been in a different cottage . The cleanliness, layout , decor and furniture was to a very high standard as was in the previous 2 we stayed in. Wren cottage is equipped with everything you need for your holiday . Set in a lovely peaceful setting , it's an ideal place for a comfy stay. Paula is very helpful and nothing is too much trouble , we'll be back
