The whole property is yours alone, with three bedrooms spread across one floor—a king with ensuite, a double, and twin singles—plus a second bathroom. The open-plan living and dining space centres on a kitchen equipped for proper cooking, with a dishwasher and washing machine among the essentials. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included.

Everything sits at ground level and accessible via four steps to the entrance. Patio doors from the living area lead to a decked veranda with garden furniture and a barbecue, where you can eat outside on fine days. The front garden offers additional sitting space, and there is private parking for three cars on site. One dog can stay free. The lodge is in Masham, a market town in North Yorkshire near Leyburn, with the Co-op Food on Leyburn Road a short distance away. This is walking country, and the property sits on the edge of the Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. No smoking inside.
