Marlowe

Built as a log cabin, Marlowe combines rustic timber construction with contemporary finishes. The single bedroom has a super-king bed, and the bathroom includes a freestanding bath alongside a private sauna. An open-plan living area centres on a wood-burning stove, with large doors that open onto the garden and frame views across farmland towards rolling hills. The kitchen is properly equipped for cooking, and the space works as a complete retreat for two people.

Outside, the garden holds a covered hot tub and space for outdoor dining, both positioned to take in the surrounding countryside. A pub is within a mile, and the edge of the Yorkshire Dales is within reach for walking. The cabin sits in peaceful open country but close enough to a market town for supplies and amenities. Electricity, bed linen and towels are provided. One well-behaved pet is welcome. No smoking inside.
