Middle Cottage

Middle Cottage is a single-bedroom property sleeping two in the village of West Burton, with everything needed for self-catering already here. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and washer-dryer, so you can cook properly or travel light. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all included; the woodburner comes with its first load of logs. A welcome pack is provided on arrival.

The layout works simply: downstairs has a living room with a 42-inch Smart TV, DVD player and woodburner, plus a separate dining room and kitchen. Upstairs is the bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower room. You have your own enclosed patio and garden furniture outside, and private parking for one car on site. The cottage sits on the village green in West Burton, so the pub, shop and butchers are steps away, and Cauldron Falls is nearby for walks. Note that smoking is not permitted.
