Molly’s Place

Molly's Place is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage sleeping four on a quiet street in Filey, within a two-minute walk of the beach. The ground floor holds a living room with smart TV, separate dining room, and a galley kitchen fitted with electric oven and hob, microwave, slow cooker, washing machine and full-size fridge—enough space and equipment for proper cooking rather than holiday shortcuts. The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment and heated towel rail. Upstairs are a kingsize bedroom and a twin room.

Everything essential is covered: electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. One small to medium dog stays free. Outside, an enclosed courtyard has a charcoal BBQ, garden furniture, and a storage box containing beach chairs and toys for guests to use. The property is no-smoking throughout, and there is a step in the garden. A pub sits within a mile. Dicky Bees Fish & Chips is nearby if you prefer not to cook. Filey's beach stretches wide and long, quieter even when busy, with hard sand that works for everything from walks and kite-flying to deckchairs and sandcastles.
