Filey's sweep of sand and promenade draws families and couples back year after year, and High Tide puts you in the heart of it. This second-floor apartment sits moments from the beach, with a pub across the road and independent cafes scattered through the town centre. The communal entrance leads upstairs to a bright, open-plan living space where you can cook proper meals or sprawl across the sofas with a view of what's on the Smart TV.

Two double bedrooms sleep four, both with soft linens and calm decoration. The bathroom has a bath with a shower overhead. A fully fitted kitchen contains everything needed to prepare breakfast or dinner—electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are all included; parking is on road. A cot is available if required. The apartment is non-smoking.

From here you can walk straight onto Filey's five-mile beach for coastal rambles or family days out, or stay put in town to browse the independent shops and eat fish and chips at Dicky Bees. Scarborough and Bridlington are within reach for days further afield.
