Step through the patio entrance and climb a few stairs into the main living space—an open-plan room where the kitchen occupies one end, a dining area sits in the middle, and a comfortable sofa faces a Smart TV at the far side. A split-level staircase leads down to the bedroom floor, where a double room and shower room with cubicle shower create a self-contained lower level. Through the bedroom's external door lies a breakfast patio facing east; the main patio to the rear catches the evening light and opens onto views of the surrounding countryside.

The apartment comes with electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking, with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Parking is available on site for one car, and bike storage sits outside. The location works well for exploring Nidderdale and the Yorkshire Dales on foot or by bicycle, with Askwith village within easy reach. The property does not permit smoking.
