Pateley Bridge Retreats - River View Pateley

Pateley Bridge is a market town at the heart of Nidderdale, surrounded by the Yorkshire Dales and designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. River View sits on the edge of the village, close enough to walk to local shops, cafés and pubs, but positioned to catch views across fields toward the River Nidd. The cottage is stone-built, semi-detached, and set on one level with level access to the entrance.

Inside: a living room with a smart TV and electric woodburner; a kitchen with electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge; a double bedroom (4ft 6in) and a single bedroom (3ft); and a shower room. The kitchen opens to a patio in the enclosed rear garden, where you can sit out. Air source heat pump central heating keeps you warm. Essentials like bed linen, towels, electricity and wifi are included. There is parking for two cars on site, and one dog stays free.

Walking is the main draw here. Trails through Nidderdale start from the village; Brimham Rocks, with its distinctive rock formations, is a short drive away. The Leisure and Wellness Hub in Pateley Bridge offers swimming and other activities. No smoking inside the cottage.
