Perran Cottage

You enter Perran Cottage into an open-plan ground floor: a living space with a television and radio flows into a dining area and kitchen equipped for proper cooking—electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and microwave all there. Upstairs, two bedrooms sleep four: one with a double bed, one with two singles. The bathroom has a bath with shower over it and a heated towel rail. Essentials like electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included.

The cottage is one of several properties within The Bay, a 100-acre resort near Filey on the Yorkshire Coast. You get free access to the leisure facilities—a 25-metre heated indoor pool, hot tub for four, steam room and sauna—and the grounds contain tennis and boules courts, a children's play area, woodland, pasture and lakes. A sandy beach is roughly three-quarters of a mile away. The town of Filey itself, with its Victorian architecture, is about three miles from the property. On-site you'll also find a pub and coffee shop.

The cottage has a small lawned area with garden furniture. One dog can stay free. The place does not allow smoking.
