River View Cottage sits on the banks of the River Aire, with direct access to walking trails from the property itself. The Stepping Stones nearby are reached on foot, and a pub lies within a quarter mile. For a larger day out, Skipton's market town centre is a short drive away, complete with its Norman castle, independent shops, and restaurants. Coniston Cold Hotel, two miles distant, has a spa and shooting facilities if you want to venture further afield. Harrogate is 25 miles away.

The cottage is a single-storey end-terrace with one bedroom containing a kingsize bed, sleeping two people. The bathroom has both a roll-top bath and a shower cubicle. Downstairs, the living and dining space opens from a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine. A woodburner warms the place on cooler evenings, with initial logs supplied. The garden has seating and lawn space overlooking the river. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. The property does not allow smoking, and is for adults only.
