Rooftops is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage in the village of Grassington, facing out across the surrounding countryside. The ground floor holds a living room with a wood-burner, and a kitchen with a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs, one bedroom has a king bed with an ensuite bath and shower, the other has two single beds and a separate shower room. The property sleeps four and is yours alone for the duration of your stay.
A patio garden sits to the rear with space to sit outside. Off-street parking permits are arranged, 400 metres away. The village centre, with its independent shops, tearooms and pubs, is within walking distance. A pub is within a mile. The Dales themselves begin on the doorstep—walkers and cyclists will find endless routes through the surrounding hills and valleys from the cottage. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all provided. Children under five are not accommodated, and there are 13 steps in the garden with a drop to the neighbouring property.
