We had a wonderful stay at Rose cottage. Pauline & Jim were so welcoming and friendly. They told us about the local area and the best places to go. Our toddler loved looking out at the beautiful views, spotting the hares on the field. The cottage itself was spotless and we had plenty of space for the two of us, plus our toddler and dog. The hot tub was super clean and we enjoyed relaxing every evening once our baby was in bed after very tiring but fun days out and about enjoying the local attractions. We had a couple of lovely meals at The Coach & Horses, food great and so cheap - it’s only a 10 minute (if that) walk from the cottage and we passed a lovely park which our daughter enjoyed playing on. We are already planning when we can come back. We’d definitely recommend if you’d like a nice relaxing stay in a beautiful area.

Just enjoyed 3 nights at this lovely little cottage with the dog. Absolutely cant fault it, it has everything you need and more, lovely comfy beds and pillows, extremely clean and tidy. Great morning views from the bedrooms to the countryside with pheasant, rabbits and the odd deer. Pauline and Jim are great hosts very hospitable. Hottub so nice to get into after a days exploring, small enclosed garden for pooch too, very private. Not too far from the coast and lovely villages, also eden camp just down the road. We will definitely return again in the future Thankyou.

Just had three nights at Rose Cottage and it was brilliant. An absolutely lovely place with beautiful views all around. The place itself is spotlessly clean and the hot tub brilliant. Went for a quiet break after our wedding and the surrounding area had plenty of good walks for us and our little pooch. Pauline and Jim were fabulous hosts and always on hand if needed with plenty of info of the area to help us along. Would definitely recommend Rose Cottage and hosts Pauline & Jim, a 5 star experience without a doubt.

A fantastic stay at Rose Cottage. Pauline and Jim were perfect hosts who were on hand when required; Pauline even brought bottled water around when there was a leak nearby that stopped the water briefly. Everything was spotless and we - and the dog! - felt right at home - thank you!
