Saga sits in the heart of it, a two-bedroom lodge sleeping four that lets you base yourself here and explore on your own terms, or simply stay put and soak in the hot tub while looking out across the landscape.

Inside, the design is minimal and calm. Both bedrooms are ensuite, with super king beds (one converts to twins if needed), and the main living space is open-plan—kitchen, dining and living areas flow together under tall gable windows that frame the view. Underfloor heating runs year-round. The bathrooms are well-equipped; one has a freestanding bath, the other a walk-in shower. Wifi, bed linen, towels and electricity are included.

This is a no-smoking property. It suits couples, families and groups of friends who want a comfortable base for the Yorkshire countryside without fuss or clutter.
