Silent Springs

Silent Springs is comprehensively set up for self-catering. The kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, so you can cook properly rather than make do. Bed linen, towels, wifi and heating are all included. The single bedroom contains a zip-and-link king bed (or two singles if preferred) plus a double sofa bed, making it flexible for couples or small families. The bathroom is ensuite to the bedroom with a shower and heated towel rail. Everything is on the ground floor, with an open-plan living area where the smart TV and dining space face out towards the patio.

You have sole use of the whole property, with parking for two cars and an enclosed garden with patio furniture and a barbecue. One dog stays free. There is no smoking inside. The cottage sits near The Paddocks in the North Yorkshire countryside within reach of moorland walks, market towns including Helmsley, and the network of trails around York. A welcome pack is provided, and travel cots and highchairs can be arranged on request.
