Spire View

Ruswarp sits on the River Esk, a few minutes' drive from Whitby and within reach of the North Yorkshire Moors. The village itself has a pub and riverside walks where salmon leap in season, and steam trains occasionally run through on their way to the coast. Spire View is a ground-floor apartment sleeping four, all on one level with 14 steps to the entrance.

Inside, the living space is open-plan, combining the lounge, dining and kitchen. The first bedroom has a king bed and en suite shower room; the second has two zip-and-link single beds (which can become a super king on request) and access to the main bathroom with bath and over-shower. Both bedrooms have smart TVs. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and slow cooker—plus a wine cooler. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. One dog stays free.
