Squirrel Cottage

You step through the door of Squirrel Cottage into a layout built for family stays. The ground floor opens into a living room with a gas wood-burner, then flows through to a spacious kitchen and dining area where you can cook proper meals and eat together. There's a separate toilet here too. Upstairs, two flights of steep cottage stairs distribute four bedrooms across the first and second floors—two doubles and two singles—plus a bathroom with a bath and shower. One double and one single are on the first floor; the other pair sit higher up. A utility room handles laundry, and wifi reaches throughout.

Outside, a small enclosed courtyard provides garden space with a dog shower, and you have private parking for one car. Essentials like electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are covered. Dogs stay free. The cottage sits in Filey itself, within walking distance of the seafront and the town's shops, cafés and fish and chip restaurants. RSPB Bempton Cliffs is nearby for birdwatching, and Flamborough Head offers coastal walks. No smoking inside.
