Swallow Barn

Swallow Barn is a converted barn in North Yorkshire, completed in 2023, with everything needed for a week away already in place. The property sleeps 6 across three bedrooms—a double with ensuite on the ground floor, a kingsize, and two singles upstairs—plus two bathrooms. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included, as is the initial fuel for the woodburner. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available if needed.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and American fridge freezer. The living room has a smart TV and woodburner. Outside, there's a patio with garden furniture and barbecue, a private hot tub for six, and parking for three cars. The property is accessed via a sloped path of about 30 metres. One dog can stay free of charge. The barn is in countryside close to the North Yorkshire Moors, roughly 30 minutes' drive from the coast.
