The Barnhouse is a converted farmhouse within the grounds of Hawes Caravan and Motorhome Club Campsite, positioned for direct access to open moorland and a five-minute walk into the market town of Hawes itself. The property sleeps eight across four bedrooms: a kingsize with ensuite on the first floor, a second kingsize ensuite, and two further bedrooms each containing a pair of single beds. There is also a family bathroom with a corner bath. A living and dining room with a 43-inch Smart TV occupies the ground floor.
The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking, with an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and microwave, plus a washer-dryer for longer stays. Essentials including bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are provided. One dog can stay at no extra charge. You have sole use of the whole property and private parking for one car on site.
Hawes offers independent shops, antique dealers and places to eat within walking distance. Semerwater, a natural lake to the south, has fishing and sailing. The Dales Centre Museum and Wensleydale Creamery are also nearby. No smoking inside, and check-in is after 15:00 with checkout before 10:00.
