The Bilberry

Scarborough's North Bay lies two miles south, while the Yorkshire coast stretches north through Whitby and Robin Hood's Bay—all within reach for a day out. Inland, the North Yorkshire Moors rise behind the village of Scalby, crossed by roads that lead to quieter countryside. The Bilberry sits in a modern development built in 2022, positioned away from the main road but close enough to pubs and the Daisy tea rooms in the village itself.

This is a ground-floor apartment sleeping four: two bedrooms (one double, one with twin singles), a bathroom with shower over the bath, and an open-plan living space with kitchen. Large windows and glass doors onto your private enclosed patio mean plenty of natural light. The kitchen has what you need to cook properly—electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine—and the living area centres on a comfortable seating area and dining table. Bed linen, towels and wifi are provided; heating and electricity are included in the price. You have your own parking space immediately outside.

No smoking is permitted. The setup suits couples or families wanting somewhere quiet but within striking distance of the seaside, with the moors on your doorstep and Scarborough's attractions just a short drive away.
