The Coach House

Step through the entrance of this Grade II listed town house and you're immediately in a substantial living space. The ground floor opens into a sitting room with a 40-inch television, Freesat, Netflix, DVD player and games console, then flows through to a dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is where people naturally gather—it has an electric range, dishwasher, and everything needed to cook properly. A utility room handles the washing machine.

Upstairs are four bedrooms sleeping eight: a kingsize with its own shower room and en-suite, a double, and two twins. The main bathroom has a roll-top bath and separate shower cubicle. Oil central heating keeps things warm, and essentials like bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are provided. One dog is welcome. The property is non-smoking.

Outside, stone steps lead down to an enclosed lawned garden with a terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. There is parking for one car on site, plus additional spaces on the road nearby, and a bike store. The location is in the Yorkshire Dales between Reeth and Grinton, with walking routes accessible from the door. A travel cot, highchair and stairgates are available if needed.
