The Old Stables

You enter The Old Stables into a ground floor with original stone flags running through a living room and an open-plan kitchen-diner. The living room centres on a woodburner; the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking from scratch, with an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and all the everyday kit. Two kingsize beds are upstairs, each with its own bathroom—one a shower room, one a bath with shower over. A third bathroom serves both rooms. Stone walls and period beams run through the converted barn, and window seats look out across the surrounding countryside.

The garden is enclosed and lawned, with a patio and seating. Two parking spaces sit on the drive. One well-behaved dog stays free of charge. The property sits between the villages of Clapham and Settle in the Yorkshire Dales, five minutes from the A65 at Keasden, within easy reach of fell walks and access to both the Dales and the Lake District. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. No smoking indoors. Note that there is a step down into the garden.
