The View

Step into The View and you're immediately in a light living room facing the countryside beyond. A window frames the view while an open fire anchors the space; there's a Smart TV, books and games on hand. The kitchen sits alongside, fitted with electric oven and hob, dishwasher and microwave—everything needed to cook properly. A utility room with washing machine and separate freezer sits to the rear. Front and back are organised for different moods: a courtyard bench at the front catches the morning light, while the enclosed rear garden has a patio with furniture for evening sitting.

Two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs: one double and one with twin singles. The essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi—come with the rental, along with the initial fuel for the fire. One small dog stays free. The pub is within a mile, and the location puts you among the Three Peaks walks and the Settle to Carlisle Railway line. Smoking is not permitted. Check-in is after 15:00, checkout before 10:00.
