Wren Cottage

Wren Cottage is a detached property in North Yorkshire, sleeping two in a single double bedroom. Everything you need is provided: electricity, heating via oil central and a wood burner (with initial logs included), bed linen, towels and wifi. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine, making it straightforward to self-cater for a few days away. A wood burner warms the living and dining room; the shower room has a walk-in shower and heated towel rail.

The cottage comes with a lawned garden containing a summerhouse and sitting-out area with furniture. There is a stream three yards from the property. You have private parking for one car on site. A welcome pack is provided on arrival. The cottage does not permit smoking.

Thirlby is surrounded by the North York Moors; walks begin from the door and include routes up the Hambleton Hills and access to Sutton Bank and the Cleveland Way. Gormire Lake, at the foot of Whitestone Cliff, is about half an hour's walk away.
