Would not recommend this site if you want a quiet run caravan park. Arrived a couple of days before the May bank holiday,it was fine, but it all changed come Saturday the place filled up and it was groups of couples parking next to one another with hanging lights fire pits etc and partying till late. We even had a couple turn up next to us, then their son turned up and asked us to move up from them so they could set up camp next to their parents. He then proceeded after 10pm to saw wood and hammer and bang. Toilet and shower cleaned daily, toilet seat off and not fixed. Dish washing facilities in a bird infested shed full of stored caravans, cars and boats. We left before time, but did get a refund, which is what the one star is for.In reply to the owner. When we arrived you didn't inform us that two caravans were going to be next to us and they would need more space so we could have moved. Also after you spoke to them, they went out of their way to make it uncomfortable to be next to them.

We're definitely going back to this site. It was quiet, full of birds that were so tame and comical too. The site is well maintained, close to the sea and a little gem. Our dogs enjoyed their holiday.

First time to Elford site, what a pleasure! So quiet and relaxed, Owners were so friendly. Facilities were spotless and clean. Definitely use again!! Didn’t want to leave.

Nice traditional quiet campsite. Toilet and showers where good and always clean. five mins from Bamburgh/ seahouses and miles of coastline.
