We visited this lovely site in April 2025 for 3 nights. A small, quiet, family run site with around 8 pitches. The grass was lush and freshly mowed when we arrived, and a lovely view of Bamburgh castle. There is no check-in on arrival and your allocated pitch is it the farmhouse window. We had Electric hook up on our pitch (no.8). The farmhouse porch had a single unisex toilet and a single unisex shower room, both of which were clean and tidy. There are public rights of way footpaths from the site to Bamburgh castle, the beach and Seahouses which we used daily. I managed to speak to the owner and she was very friendly. The site is located on a working farm, so on 1 of our 3 days stay, tractors were traversing the site around 8am, which wasn’t an issue for us. The site had free WiFi but the connection speed/quality wasn’t sufficient to stream our bedtime movie, but luckily the Vodafone 4G network was sufficient in this area. All in all, a very successful stay and would love to return in the future. Thank you.

We don’t normally return to the same place twice, but this was our second visit – and for good reason! The site is small (just 8 pitches) with electric hook-up, spotlessly clean, and really straightforward. The view is absolutely stunning, and the facilities are tidy and well looked after. Although we’ve never met the owners in person, we’ve always felt very welcome. Their instructions are clear and easy to follow, with lots of thoughtful touches like helpful tips and even spare equipment on hand if needed. A truly peaceful and well-run campsite – highly recommended.
