Amble's working harbour and beach are the draw for most visitors to this small Northumberland port town, and Bede's Rest puts you within walking distance of both. The house itself is a three-bedroom property sleeping up to seven, with two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate dining room. Downstairs there's a living room with a woodburner and television, plus an enclosed courtyard garden with seating, a barbecue and firepit—useful on quieter evenings when the town's bars and restaurants feel like too much.
The bedrooms vary in size: two have a double and a single bed, while the third has a single. Essentials like bed linen, towels, heating and Wi-Fi are all provided. One dog or cat can stay free. The house is entirely yours for the duration—no shared access or other guests—and there's designated parking nearby. Smoking is not permitted inside. Amble's main amenities, from the fish bar to the local shops, are within arm's reach; families often combine time here with trips to nearby beaches, dunes walks, or simply watching the fishing boats come and go from the harbour.
