Newbiggin-by-the-Sea sits on Northumberland's coast, and By The Sea puts you within easy reach of the seafront and everything the village has to offer. The beach, promenade and rockpools are a two-minute walk away. Local shops, cafés and pubs are five minutes on foot, and the village's historic lifeboat station and ice cream parlour are close by. Sean Henry's sculpture The Couple stands out in the bay, and the area is known for dolphin sightings.
The cottage sleeps four across two bedrooms—a king-size and a twin—with a bathroom upstairs featuring a bath and shower. Downstairs, the living room has a Smart TV and electric fire, while the kitchen is equipped for cooking, with a dining area to eat in. A rear courtyard with garden furniture offers an outdoor space. Parking is on-road, about three yards from the entrance. Bed linen, towels, electricity and wifi are included; there is gas central heating throughout.
The property is non-smoking. Morpeth, with its riverside walks and boat hire, is 15 minutes away by car for those wanting to explore further inland.
