Perfect location, coffee in the cafe leaves a lot to be desired (though the price isn’t excessive) - would be really nice if they could upgrade to Lavazza or something drinkable. But as a place to enjoy your coffee with the best view in town, very nice. Haven’t been to the museum section, but notable this was almost the only place open on 2nd January in town. So my thanks for that 😊

Small maritime museum with cafe attached entrance was steep at £2.50 for the exhibits mainly chartering the towns involvement in the fishing industry and the RNLI .with some references to the wars and mining The adjoining cafe seems very popular and offer a wide choice

I visited today but forgot it was closed however I’ve been many times before and always find there can be some really well painted artwork on exhibition. I tend to skip the cafe and enjoy the beach instead as the Anthony Gorman statues are breathtaking.
