Beadnell Bay's sandy shore and rockpools draw families and water sports enthusiasts year-round. Carmel sits just beyond the dunes, a ground-floor bungalow with direct access to the beach and enough space for four people to spread out comfortably. The layout centres on an open-plan living area with a wood burner, large windows, and sofas facing a Freeview TV. A separate kitchen is equipped for cooking proper meals—ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer—rather than making do. One bedroom has a king bed, the other two singles; the bathroom has both bath and shower. Essentials including wi-fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are covered, and the wood burner's initial fuel is included too.

Outside, a decked area with garden furniture overlooks the beach and dunes. A bike store is on site, and there is parking for one car at the front. The bungalow suits families with young children (a cot and highchair are available), couples seeking a seaside base, or groups of friends wanting their own self-catering space. Smoking is not permitted inside. Beadnell Bay itself has a sheltered beach, rock formations to explore, and a working harbour a short walk away.
