Inside, two bedrooms with ensuite and bathroom provide flexible sleeping arrangements—each bed converts from superking to twins on request. Downstairs, an open-plan living space centres on a wood burner, with a dining area and kitchen equipped for self-catering. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included; the burner comes with initial fuel. Dressing gowns, toiletries and a welcome pack arrive with you. Two cars can park on site, allocated to the property.

The rear garden has seating furniture. Woodland walks start from the door; river fishing lies 500 yards away. Families will find a travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. No smoking indoors.
