Deer View

Deer View is a single-storey holiday lodge near Felton that suits families or groups of friends wanting to stay together. It sleeps six across three bedrooms: a master with a king-size bed and ensuite, plus two further bedrooms with single beds. There is also a second shower room. Everything is on one level, accessed via eight steps at the entrance. Wi-Fi and heating are included, as are bed linen and towels.

The main living space is open-plan, with a Smart TV and French doors that open onto the front decking. This is where the hot tub sits – it accommodates six and comes with a privacy screen. The kitchen has a gas cooker and the essentials for cooking proper meals. Out the back, a gravelled area faces south across the fields and gets sun throughout the day; there is also a shared sitting area and children's play area on the wider grounds. You can park two cars on site. One dog is welcome at no extra charge. No smoking is permitted inside.
