Dilston Cottage
Northumberland

Corbridge's high street of independent shops and cafes sits a mile away, making Dilston Cottage a good base for exploring the village on foot. The River Tyne runs through the area, and Hadrian's Wall is within reach for a morning's walk or drive. The cottage itself is a converted farm annexe with a private garden and parking for two cars.
Inside, there's a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen/dining room with a full cooker and dishwasher, and upstairs a bedroom with a zip-and-link king bed (which can be split into two singles) plus a single day bed. The bathroom has a bath with shower over it. One dog can stay free of charge, and the enclosed garden is a secure spot for them to run around.
The essentials—electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wi-fi—come as standard. The space works well for a couple seeking quiet time away, or a family needing simpler sleeping arrangements. No smoking throughout.

What guests say
Beautiful cottage and surroundings. We had a lovely stay. Easy walk into Corbridge which is great to explore and has really interesting shops and places to eat.
