Clean. Paceful. Good walks around it. Sink tabs had to be kept pressed to get flow of water. Inconvenient shower flow of water due to the same. Some of the permanent pitches are messy.

This is a campsite surrounded by narrow steep hills. Very beautiful area of Northumberland near Hadrians Wall and Roman settlements, tough area for Cycling very long steep hills, a challenge for anyone.

Lovely quiet site facilities good, clean and hot shower, prefect for a little weekend away in our campervan. And dog friendly.

Used this site for camping whilst walking Hadrian's Wall. Showers and pitches excellent. Mainly for caravans so no cookup facilities but very good booking experience.
